Rules are simple here:
- Act friendly to everyone.
*Don't be a douche.
*No offensive language.
*No racism, or racial slurs, allowed at anytime (includes discrimation and bigoting).
*Do not disrespect, purposely aggravate or annoy other players or Admins.
*No begging, especially for credits. (begging for minor things like a certain weapon is allowed to a very limited degree)
*Do not give preferential treatment to any player.

- Don't exploit maps and bugs at all. You will be punished for doing so!
* This includes exploit of races-- meaning you can't be 2 or more races at once. (War3)
*If you find a bug, report it here.

- Do not ask for a Staff rank. You must apply through our staff application threads which can be found here.

- Do not micspam music over other player's music (multispam).

- Do not advertise other servers, services and + communities outside of Phenom-Network. (Unless permission has been given by the owners)

- Do not trade over mic.

- Don't intentionally impersonate other players or staff. This includes adding a tag to your name (e.g PN ADMIN)

- Hacking in any way, shape or form will result in a perma-ban.

- No NSFW sprays, such as horrific gore or porn.

- No spawn camping; it will result in a warning/ slay.

- Only English on microphone. Any other language will result in a mute.

- Mic-spamming is allowed with HLDJ on most servers, unless otherwise specified. Any other method of micspamming, such as playing music through your microphone, will result in a mute. See HLDJ rules below. Voice changers on the other hand, are not allowed as they are very annoying.

- No Rapid Killing yourself prior to round start.

- Act friendly to everyone.
*Don't be a douche.
*No offensive language.
*No racism.
*Do not disrespect, purposely aggravate or annoy other players or Admins.

- Do not spam the forum with useless threads or posts in important discussion threads, such as suggestions or appeals. If you want to create a thread for fun, post it in the General Discussion forum.

- If the topic is serious (ex. Staff Section, Reports, Appeals, Suggestions). You must stay on topic. Otherwise your posts will be deleted. Take off-topic comments to private messages.

- Under no circumstance should you bring drama and arguing into shoutbox. Take it to private messages.

- Do not advertise other servers outside of Phenom-Network.

- Do not impersonate Staff. Pretending to be a Staff member at any rank is a bannable offense. This includes the use of Staff tags, such as PN MOD in any form.

- Do not post or share explicit/ obscene content on the forums. This is a PUBLIC community forum. Please respect the fact that many users browse the community forum freely, including younger audiences.

- After you play a song, you have to let someone else have their turn to play a song/ sound as well.
*Please wait 10 seconds after you are finished with a music micspam before you play another song. This is so that others can have a chance to play.

- Keep your voice clips brief. Anything below 10 seconds is acceptable/ optimal.

- Adjust your volume levels so that the song/sound isn't too loud.
*No earrape songs/sounds.

- If multiple players on our server ask you to refrain from playing music and/or voice clips, please do so.

- Do not spam voice clips, unless they are under 10 seconds in length.

- Refrain from continuously spamming soundclips if they annoy others.

- 1-3 second voice clips are allowed with other micspams only if the voice clip enhances the music. If the person playing the music tells you to stop at any time, you will have to stop.

You can get the HLDJ program here.

Teamspeak server: unavailable
- No offensive language.

- Do not talk over each other, as it is incredibly hard to understand what one of the speakers are saying.

- If you want to micspam in a normal room on the teamspeak server, EVERYONE in the channel has to agree with your request.

- If you're an administrator, please do NOT change people's description for fun. Only do it of someone has something offensive or something that's not child-friendly.

- When you're done micspamming, wait 1 minute before micspamming another song again in order to let another person have their turn at micspamming.

- If you're going away for a short bit, go in the AFK room which is located below the Lobbies. Even if you're just going to mute your speakers for a short while because there is something you really need to pay attention to, you still have to go to the AFK room, because then everyone knows that they're incapable of contacting you.

- English is allowed only in the Lobby channels. Private channels do not have this restriction.

You can get the Teamspeak program here.

[[ In-Game (SERVER) Rules ]]
One of the most popular gamemodes on Phenom-Network, Jailbreak is a game where BLU team are the jail guards and RED team are the prisoners. Jailbreak is a game of cooperation (teamwork) and strategy. One member of the BLU team is given authority as the Warden, and executes orders to the RED team. If a member of the RED team does not follow the Warden's orders correctly or in time, that member is subject to the jail guards' mercy. The Warden and the guards work closely together to make sure that all prisoners remain in justified order.

If any member of the BLU team turns their back, however, this is where the prisoners shine. Lower your guard and you may be subject to the mercy of a rebeller or two instead, or you may lose track of a prisoner, or more. Prisoners become rebellers and will attempt to thwart the agendas of the Wardens and will eventually conquer the jail if they remain vigilant.

When the round boils down to its last legs, one lucky prisoner may stand out and be given a Last Request from the Warden, and will receive honorary treatment in the form of the Warden's mercy. If, however, one guard remains in the jail without his Warden, that guard will show no mercy to anything that moves.

One day only lasts 10 minutes, so what will you do to secure victory in that time?

- The point of this game is that RED team takes orders from BLU team. If RED team does not follow these orders correctly, they will be shot and killed.

- The ratio of BLU to RED is 1:2. That means if there are 4 BLUs, there should be 8 REDs.

[GENERAL] Jailbreak Rules
- First day is ALWAYS FREEDAY!

- Do not spam, trade or play music over the microphone (no micspam).

- Do not use the following weapons/ items/ features; you will be slain or kicked for doing so:
*Bonk! Atomic Punch as Scout.
*Cloak and/or Disguise as Spy.
*Any Sticky Bomb launchers as Demoman (Sticky Jumper is okay).

- You may not use VIP commands to change gameplay during events / minigames. This includes the use of resizing during a minigame or using commands to deny LR.

- All players may respawn only ONCE per round.

- Cat Tower is out of bounds TO BOTH TEAMS.

- You may NOT impersonate / insult the Warden.

- You are not allowed to respawn on Hide and Seek on either team.

- No Ghosting. Ghosting is defined as giving any information about players who are alive (Class, health, location, etc etc), while dead or spectating.

- You cannot reset traps in deathrun.

- With the map(Jailfort) you cannot camp the cart racing area, nor use the bridge to block blu's out during hide and seek. This area can be treated as armoury, unless the minigame is being played properly.

- With the new map(Jailfort) you cannot activate crits in arena, and shoot people who our outside of the arena pit with those crits.

War3 Rules
- You are not allowed to purchase cloak with any race that has passive invisibility already.

- Under any circumstance, you can NOT bait with a war3 power that will do damage to REDs.

- Usage of lethal war3 is considered rebelling. Lethal war3 is defined as damaging another player(s) to reduce their health.
*An example of non-lethal war3 is Dragonborne bonk.

- If you get respawned by bloodmage it is considered a respawn. Since Demon fixed it so that blood mage respawns allies in their spawn, as a red you must stay in your cell until given orders otherwise you'll be kos. Bloodmage doesn't count as the only respawn you are allowed to have.

[RED | REBELS] Jailbreak Rules
1) Firing a projectile at any point is considered rebelling.

2) The command "AFK freeze" means do not touch your keyboard or mouse (you can use chat, mic and voice commands). If someone is pushing you and you try to move back to your previous position, that is considered touching your keyboard and you will die. If a player is holding a high 5 taunt, it counts as AFK frozen. If you see them let go at any time when they should be AFK frozen, you have permission to kill them (if someone accepts any taunts, only kill the player who accepted it). AFK taunts are listed in the /taunts menu.

3) If a RED comes up to a BLU and hits him, it is rebelling. If a RED attempts to hit a BLU, it counts as rebelling, even if the RED didn't hit the BLU.

4) Door glitching (keeping the armory door open for others) counts as rebelling. In addition, standing on, or under, any door of any minigame is not considered 'inside' of the game and will count as delaying.

5) The last non-rebelling, surviving RED gets a Last Request (LR) as soon as he finishes the warden's current orders. They can tell BLUs what to do as an LR. After the LR has been chosen or custom LR is complete, the RED must be killed by the BLUs. If the RED attacks a BLU without any reason, the BLUs may kill the RED and the LR becomes void.

6) Do not camp in the ARMORY or MEDIC. Camping is a slay-able offense (rebelling if in Armory).

7) If a RED kills the Warden, that RED CANNOT be pardoned!

8) When the Warden states to go somewhere, it means the map's position only (not any painted ones/ Sprays).

9) You are not allowed to delay as last RED alive. After 30 seconds, you must be actively rebelling. You are punishable after the 30 seconds.

10) You may not stop the non-rebelling REDs from obtaining LR by hiding, camping, running away [etc.], as that counts as rebelling.

11) Any RED that respawns must stay in their cell until the Warden gives them orders (If the respawned RED leaves the cell before any order was given, it counts as rebelling!).

12) You may not glitch LR in any way.

13) Lethal taunts are not considered auto-rebelling. Lethal taunts are allowed, unless the Warden says that they are not. If a RED is trying to kill a BLU with a lethal taunt on purpose, then the RED is rebelling and he is killed on sight. If a BLU runs into a RED's lethal taunt on purpose, then its the BLU's fault and the RED is not rebelling (unless the Warden said no lethal taunts).

14) Respawning during the LR is not allowed. This rule only applies when it is the last remaining RED, or when a RED is about to get his/her LR and BLU is killing rebellers, etc...
I'll clarify with a couple situations.

1. 1 red alive, no warden and no one can take warden. - Yes

2. 1 red alive, yes warden, and this red is not a rebel. - No

3. 1 red alive, yes warden, and this red is a rebel. - Yes

4. 2 reds alive, yes warden, one red is a rebel and the other is not. - No

5. n reds alive, yes warden, one is not rebel, all other red are rebel. - No

6. 2 reds qualify for lr, there is a warden. - Yes

7. 1 red alive, in the middle of a mini game, yes warden, red is not a rebel. - Yes

  1. 2 reds alive, one in the middle of a mini game not rebelling, and another rebelling. - Yes
  1. Before the last non rebelling Red has received LR, the Red MUST still comply with wardens orders. Once the Red has received his LR (After the warden has typed !givelr and selected the player) the orders do not apply.
16) During Hide & Seek, if a RED is hiding in Tardis (Tardis in armoury also) or is stuck in the pit of obby (in the middle of the air also counts), the RED will be slain or can be ghosted (only reason you can ghost) so the BLUs can kill him.
* For jb_casuarina map, the room with the toilet that teleports you and the back door in disco also count as off-limit locations.
*For jb_jailfort map, the control room for blue, if you take the teleport, also count as off-limit locations.
*For jb_mlcastle map, the control area for blue in mariokart, if you take the teleport, also count as off-limit locations.

17) A RED player may NOT abuse Freeday privileges. Excessive abuse/infringements may result in further consequences.
Freeday abuse constitutes the following actions:
Attempting to, or actively, break into the Armory through one or more entryways.
Getting ammo (from the Armory or another ammo supply source)
Purposefully Trapping BLU's in an area where they have no possibility to get out except for killing the freeday.
Rebelling as a Freeday will automatically remove your Freeday status, and may potentially be removed by a server administrator if the status has not already been revoked.
Freeday rebelling constitutes the following actions:
Purposefully hitting/ swinging at a guard or the Warden.
Delaying the round/ Last Request.
Disrupting a minigame that will not immediately kill you (Kitchen, Club Glod, Disco, Jeopardy, etc.).

18)Custom LR's do have the following limits:
LR cannot break rules: you can't force the warden to say the n-word after every order
You can't limit the amount of blues.
You can't force an admin to use an admin command to do your lr, the admin needs to accept it by himself.
If you force someone to be warden, and that person leaves, it isn't denying lr (granted they don't rejoin.)
You can't make someone do something absurd after every order, such as make them repeat 10x.
A maximum of 3 LR's that can be chosen at the same time (try not over-doing it) : i.e: "melee only and hide and seek," or something along those lines.
You can't force mass suicide / the killing of all guards next round.
You can't do something absurd in general, like forcing all reds to do every minigame, or making them run around the map before every order.
LR's created for the same round given, have a time-limit of 3 minutes, after that the red is auto-rebelling.
You can't claim next round as a certain day, and not define the day.

19) Breaking/Hitting/Using the buttons in JB Famous that control the vents to armoury are KOS for REDS.

20) Dock area is auto-KOS, any freedays who go there are Auto-KOS, and any freedays who end the round by the boat are slain next round/slain to prevent them doing this. (Jailfort)

21) If you leave the cells via any method before the cells open, you are auto KOS.

[BLU | GUARDS] Jailbreak Rules
- Do NOT use the Warden model if you are not the warden yourself. Only the current warden can use the "Warden" model in Model Manager.

0) No Freekilling or Freehitting. (The killing/hitting of a red without proper reasoning.)

1) The WARDEN MUST have a mic and has to be using it at all times!
  • If you are going to join the BLU team, you have to have a mic and you have to use it.
  • Staff members can switch you to RED for not having a mic.
  • You cannot give orders through chat!!!
2) All BLUs must be actively trying to help the Warden in every way possible.

3) As the Warden, you must make sure that the RED prisoners are able to hear your commands clearly
  • No mumbling.
  • No quick-talking.
4) If the Warden gives no orders before the cell doors open, it is considered a Freeday (players can do whatever they want).

5) If no BLUs become the Warden after two or more consecutive days, admins may switch some, or all, players of both teams to give others a chance to become BLU/ Warden.

6) You may not camp in armory or medic for more than 10 Seconds if you are NOT doing one of the following:
  • Fighting rebels/enemies
  • Being body-blocked by free-days or reds
  • Participating in ^Hide and Seek or Hunger Games^
7) If you are the last BLU, you are allowed to kill all remaining REDs. This does not apply if you are the only blue to spawn, or if you are the warden.
  • Do not camp or delay the game; you must be actively trying to kill all remaining REDs.
  • You cannot retire as the Warden and then proceed to kill everyone.
  • If the last BLU is delaying, all players may ghost.
8) You are not allowed to glitch any skin forced upon you by the server.

9) Team-killing on BLU at anytime is not allowed.

10) You cannot play the same activity 2 days in a row; this includes Hunger Games and Hide & Seek (even as LR).

11) Any type of Friendly Fire (FF) activity can only take place if there have been 3 whole rounds/days in between. This includes Cell Wars, Hunger Games, and any other Friendly Fire activity.

12) You should not bait the REDs. A bait is when you are within melee range of the RED. If you bait, they have permission to hit you and you may not attack back. If a BLU is in a RED's minigame, it is considered baiting.
Since the warden is a BLU player, this rule also applies to them.

  • If a BLU attacks while baiting, it is considered a freekill/freehit, which can reward in a slay.
  • Entering the cell of a RED as a BLU is considered baiting and RED's are allowed to hit you; shooting / killing them is considered freehit / freekill.
13) When the target of an order asks for a repeat, you must repeat that specific order. HOWEVER, if you are on BLU or are dead, and you attempt to aggravate the warden by pointlessly asking for a repeat, your request can be ignored.
  • If the warden says "REDs, deads, and BLUs off mic," a BLU and/or a dead player can ask for a repeat.
  • A BLU cannot ask for a repeat on "All REDs afk freeze in cells."
  • Repeat orders must follow the previously given command.
[Valid] "AFK Freeze hugging and facing back cell wall. [Repeat] Hug and face the back wall of cell and AFK Freeze."
[Invalid] "AFK Freeze hugging and facing back cell wall. [Repeat] AFK Freeze in cell."

13) If the Warden tells you to go somewhere, you must go there. Upon arrival, you must stay there until told otherwise.

14) After the Warden has died/unwardened/disconnected, a BLU must become the Warden within 10 seconds. If no BLU takes over the Warden position after 10 seconds, it becomes a Freeday for the remainder of the round!

15) BLUs cannot accept taunts from AFK Frozen REDs (RPS included) since the RED is not allowed to stop being AFK frozen at any time.

16) If Simon says, "All REDs will be referred to as _," they must be referred to as _ during the order for them to do what Simon says.

17) You are not allowed to purposely shoot / hit freedays to gain crits.

18) You need to wait 2 rounds between each Trust Fun or each Bad Luck day.
* Warden is not allowed to stack or line up reds where it would kill large amounts of players (more than 4)

19) BLUs are not allowed to suicide during the LR period.

20) Warden can no longer say "First to jump gets lr" with more than 3 reds alive that qualify for lr.

21)Only Warden and those given permission by Warden may activate buttons that could affect the gameplay of the reds.

22) As a Guard/Blu, you may not destroy any extra entryways into Armory which are typically used for rebelling. Ex. Ceiling hole above armory, Jeopardy entryway.

  • Patience day (Making REDs sit in one area of the map AFK frozen, and are not allowed to move)
  • Beans (Placing all REDs in one cell and shooting a grenade into the cell; last person gets LR)
  • Opposite Day(Opposite Day is where all orders mentioned are reversed-- this is likely to cause some confusion, since some orders do not follow a simple yes/no or left/right pattern and could likely result in 'accidental' freehits/freekills)
  • Donald Trump day (Making REDs go to a specific area and killing them while they are trying to go to this place.)

(Versus Saxton Hale)
A fun-spirited gamemode, Versus Saxton Hale is a gamemode where one player is chosen at random to become the "Boss" and must defeat all members of the RED team in order to win. The RED team must band together and cooperate with one another to ensure victory over the Boss by employing strategic teamwork to maximize survival.

Be careful-- band together too close and the Boss may unleash his mighty rage, frightening all who get too close.

Will the Boss reign supreme, or will the sheer numbers of the RED team subdue his might?

- You must be actively attacking Hale; you may not constantly avoid him.
*You can not run away all the time without doing any damage. That can reward in a slay.
*Exception of Engineers, Snipers, Heavies, and pocket Medics, whose job is to camp.

- Saxton cannot just let a player kill him intentionally (allowing friendlies).
*There are NO "friendly players;" being friendly is punishable.

- Try and not camp too much as Saxton; it slows the game down and you may be dealt with by an administrator.

- Hale is not allowed to buy ranged bullet or projectile weapons at anytime from the !store. That will reward in a slay/ ban.
*Hale cannot buy the Eyelander (the weapon glitches the skin).
*Certain bosses have ranged weapons with limited ammo by default, such as Christian Brutal Sniper (Festive Huntsman) and Doom (Shotgun/ Rocket Launcher).

- No ghosting when you are dead; this is telling people where Saxton is or where other players are.
*Players that are alive can communicate with each other.

- If you are not playing, quit or go into spectate; otherwise, you will be moved to spectate OR kicked by the AFK manager.

- Do NOT change class as Hale. That can reward in a slay or ban.

- Do not suicide as Hale; you will either sit out the following, or you may be kicked.

- Do not glitch/ exploit the map in any way. This will result in a warning for a first offense and a slay if repeated.

- Do not switch classes while Hale is in pursuit of you in order to evade and/or regenerate all your health. This will lead in a slay.

- Do not buy weapons as Demoman (with the shield) or Spy, as this grants you full crits/minicrits, and is severely overpowered.
*Buying Demoman-specific weapons as Demoman, however, is okay, such as a Festive Grenade Launcher.
*Demoman can ONLY buy the Festive Charge-N-Targe; no other class may use that weapon from the Store.

- Do NOT abuse the !store system. For instance, you may only use 1 respawn (staff and members). It does not matter how many credits you have; do not abuse it.

- VIPs may change their class during a class rush as they paid for a perk and should be allowed to enjoy the benefit of being a VIP/Donator

- [FOR STAFF ONLY] Do not kick players who are AFK either as Hale or RED team; let the AFK manager do the job it was designed to do.

Gamemode Mayhem is Phenom-Networks unique server, that rotates through different maps AND minigames! This will be a great server to have fun on with your friends, but also be used as a special place to start events, with staff making it more entertaining and rewarding, with credit drops and other goodies.

-Do not equip any store weapon of any kind in any of the minigames. This includes but is not limited to VSH weapons and melee weapons

Deathrun is a gamemode where all members of RED team are trapped in a course and must get to the other end before time runs out. The only catch to that issue-- the course is full of traps and surprises that are often activated from the evil mastermind-- The Death! Collaborate with your companions, trick the Death with tactful jukes, or wind up in the gauntlet of the Death. In the end, only one team will prevail.

Can the trapped souls make it to the other end in time, or will they succumb to the devious wishes of the Death?

- Saxton cannot just let a player kill him intentionally (allowing friendlies).

- There are NO "friendly players;" being friendly is punishable.

- No delaying on traps.
*Maximum time of [approx.] 45 seconds per trap.

- No buildings of any kind as Engineer. Your class will be switched if you are found constructing buildings.

- If you are not playing, quit or go into spectate; otherwise, you will be moved to spectate OR kicked.

- For VIPs and above, Do NOT change class as hale. That can result in a kick or a ban.

- Do NOT resize yourself to a small size so Hale doesn't see you. It will result in a kick or, in worst case, a ban.

- Do not suicide as Hale; you will either sit out the following round, or you may be kicked.

- Do not exploit the map in any way.

- No Rushing. This can result in a slay or a kick. Take your time between traps so other players can keep up.

- If Hale announces "Free Run," Hale may not activate any traps for the remainder of the round, except for traps that trigger automatically.
*Any altercation of the words "Free Run," along with the activation of any traps, will result in punishment.

-You may only respawn one time each round, if your respawn more you can be slayed or in worst case kicked.

-You cannot teleport as HHH. That can result in a slay or a kick.

TF2Ware is an action packed remake of the Nintendo WarioWare games. Players compete against each other through a series of different minigames, varying from escaping a shark, to smacking a cow with a grappling hook and a grenade. Each minigame awards one point, except the last special Boss Round worth 5 points! Will you kill, dodge and run, better than your friends and be crowned the victor?

- Do not resize yourself at all. This is potentially game breaking and will result in a slay or a kick.

- Do not use respawns at all. This is potentially game breaking and will result in a slay or a kick.

Dodgeball is what it says on the tin... kind of. Two teams will battle it out in a dubious arena, equipped with modified flamethrowers perfect for airblasting. A rocket is shot out from the middle, and locks on to a random person. Each time it is airblast, it locks onto another person from the other team. Survive until the other team dies, and you and your team win.

- Do not change class at all during the minigame. This will result in a slay or a kick.

- Do not orbit for more than 20 seconds. Orbiting is making the rocket go around you by walking in a circle. This is to stop round delaying, and can result in a slay or a kick.

ZombieFortress is what you would expect from the name. The blue team are "zombies" restricted to melee weapons but also have access to utility items like the Bonk! Atomic Punch, and the cloaking device. They are restricted to Scout, Heavy and Spy and are against the Survivors. The reds can be any class, and must survive the onslaught by any means, until the time runs out. Of course, if a red dies, they come back as a blue zombie, ready to kill its previous comrades. If all the reds are turned, the zombies win. On the other hand, if the survivors live until the round time is over, they win.

- On the map manncoscience, do not use stickies or any other remote method, to activate the targets after they have been turned off. This is to stop team kills and preventing blues from making progress. This will result in a slay or kick.

Fort Wars is a team based King of the Hill, but instead of a capture point, it's a briefcase! But wait, there's more! Before the game starts, both teams can build 'forts' made out of an assortment of props using the money they start with or have earned, through kills or winning. This money can also be used to buy classes, unlocking them for use as you start of with only Scout. The walls in the centre fall, and both teams must hold the briefcase for a few minutes, whether it be the enemy or your own side. Don't forget, you can destroy ANY prop with enough damage!

- No griefing, this can result in a slay or a kick.
- This includes, purposefully destroying friendly barricades and purposefully placing barricades to stop your own team. Staff can judge whether an action is intentionally griefing, and may take action on it.

Trouble in Terrorist Town (TTT) is a gamemode where a group of "terrorists" who have traitors among them, are out to kill everyone who's not a traitor.

A small number of players is selected as Traitors, who have to kill all the Innocent players (ie. the rest of the players). Those innocents know they are in the majority, but they do not know who is Traitor and who is not.

The Traitors must use the element of surprise and their special equipment, if they are to succeed. The Innocent just have to survive, which means finding out who the Traitors are and killing them before they kill you. Of course everyone is holding a big gun, and everyone looks suspicious...

For the Innocent, knowledge is power: who is acting strangely? Who can be linked to evidence found on corpses? Who is still alive, even?

Killing someone for following you.
Randomly prop damaging or killing.
Crowbar fighting.
If you allow someone to kill you, its still considered RDM.

Star Wars RolePlay (StarwarsRP or SWRP) is a gamemode within GMod, based on Star Wars, most servers cover the Clone Wars or the Imperial Era,whereas ours takes to the Clone Wars.

Star Wars RP is a SeriousRP which means anywhere in a roleplay area and thing that is not deemed roleplay will not be tolerated and will be dealt with accordingly.
People are VERY strict on rules so if you get yelled at, it should be no shock.

Rules that must be followed at all times

  2. Do not spam.
  3. Do not harass or disrespect others.
  4. Do not advertise or leech.
  5. Do not exploit.

  7. Do not minge or Fail Roleplay.
  8. If a staff member finds what you're doing unreasonable, you must stop, whether it is explicitly stated on the rules or not.

Staff Punishment Definitions
  • Minge/Minging:

  • Random Death Match (RDM)
    • Random Death Match, which is more commonly referred to as RDM, is the act of killing other players without any justification. A death from another player is considered RDM when there were no grounds to kill the player. Examples of this can include killing a player outside of an active sim, intentionally killing a player in an event, or killing someone that blocks a doorway because you wanted to go around them. This is considered mass RDM if the counter of players killed comes above 4, mass RDM will be punished severely and could most definitely lead to a permanent ban.
  • Spamming
    • Spamming may refer to mic spamming, chat spamming, emote spamming or a combination of all three.
    • Mic spamming is when an individual or group of individuals uses their mic to continuously or rapidly speak in a manner that is unbefitting of a roleplay environment.

    • Dancing/emoting while moving around or dancing/emoting in general roleplay areas.
    • Bunny Hopping / Bhop:
      • Bunnyhopping: Consecutive jumps in a row while moving. If they are jumping every few seconds, that too is considered Bunnyhopping and is an arrestable offence.
      • Jumping on the spot: Not considered Bhopping, as they may be doing jumping jacks.

Leeching is a met with a warn followed by a ban if kept up .
  • Advertising
    • Advertising is defined as drawing attention to another community, to an application, or to another service/product. Advertising another community or a service/product will result in the same punishment as Leeching. Advertising an application will result in denial of the application(For example you go to multiple staff members to ask them to respond to your application, asking them to inspect it has the same consequences).
  • Exploiting
    • Exploiting is defined as knowling using bugs, glitches, cheats, or software to gain an advantage over other players. This may include using third party software, using a known bug, or finding an unknown bug and hiding it to use to your advantage.

General Definitions
  • Arrest On Sight (AOS)
    • Arrest On Sight, more commonly referred to as AOS, is the practice of ordering people to be arrested due to them breaking an in-character rule. Officers have the ability to call an AOS, although lower ranks may call Shock on those breaking crimes as well, albeit without the authority to order they be arrested. Shock may investigate cases before carrying out the AOS order.
  • AOS Area
    • AOS Areas are defined as any area of the ship/base marked as off limits via a text sign, as well as claimed areas like in-use sim rooms and bunks. AOS Areas not marked with a text sign require an individual to be warned before being set for an AOS for being in the AOS Area.
  • Simulation
    • A simulation is defined as a combat scenario that within roleplay is simulated to prevent actual death. Simulations allow Republic personnel to attack, injure, and kill each other, but only so long as the simulation is ongoing. Simulations are signified with “SIM start” or “SIM end” to denote whether the simulation is ongoing or not. Outside of simulation rooms, and within simulation rooms that do not have an active sim, in-character rules apply.

  • Power-gaming
    • Power gaming is defined as actions in roleplay (/me) that directly affect another and/or does something that is not a feature on our server to another user. For example you've made up a back story to your trooper, that's great!, and he has a cybernetic/robotic arm and you do the following "/me punches the enemy infront as hard as he can and they die". That is something that is only a story to you and is not a regular thing to most if not all clones. A Event Planner or Staff Member may allow certain parts of powergaming.
